ASSESSMENT
We utilize a range of world-class assessment tools to help accurately and objectively identify the specific capabilities of individuals, teams and organizations.
The areas of focus through assessment are – recruitment and selection, assessment for development, creation of high-performance teams and the identification and creation of the desired organizational culture for productivity, retention, attraction and performance uplift.
We assess talent through various data points – establishing a success profile, the desired leadership competencies for the role, and psychometric profiling and role benchmarking using PRISM, HERMANN BRAIN DOMINANCE INSTRUMENT (HBDI), and HOGAN INVENTORIES.

So my intent in setting up Scarlett strategic solutions was to share this experience and ability, with my passion for effective communication and strategic thinking in order to enrich the leadership capabilities of executives.
I have enjoyed working with a variety of high profile Multinational clients facilitating their improved leadership competencies in visioning, strategic planning, customer segmentation, and effective communication. My coaching style workshops combine my practical commercial experience with current academic models and psychometric assessment tools in order to bring about positive individual growth and cultural change. As well as providing and delivering accredited profiling and training to executives, I am a keynote speaker on building strategic alliances through embracing diverse thinking styles, and fostering collaboration through improving cross cultural and cross generational communication.”
